Refunds

What you buy
You buy credit for your TROOS account. It is added as soon as your payment goes through, and it is used up when you file a paid case or an appeal. It is a digital service, so nothing is shipped, and there is no subscription to cancel. Prices are on the pricing page.
When credit comes back by itself
- The court could not deliver. If a paid case or appeal fails, its price goes back into your credit without you asking. If you only get part of what you paid for, the difference goes back.
- A case ends before the court sits. The side that filed a case can withdraw it, and the other side can leave it, until the court sits. Either way its price goes back into the credit of whoever paid.
Once a verdict has been delivered, the credit spent on that case is not returned.
Credit you have not used
Unused credit stays in your account for as long as you like and works for any court or appeal. It does not expire, and it is not refunded to your card, bank or UPI account.
Payment problems
If you were charged twice, or charged and the credit never arrived, email hello@neutrinocourt.com with the payment ID from your receipt (in rupees it starts with pay_). Once we have checked it, we add the missing credit or refund the extra charge in full within 2 working days. A refund usually takes another 5 to 7 working days to reach a card or bank, and is often quicker over UPI.
When a payment is refunded, by us, by the payment provider or by the app store, the credit it bought is taken back from the account. If some of it has already been spent, the balance goes below zero until it is topped up.
Buying outside India
Outside India you buy credit from Polar, our reseller, and its own buyer terms also apply. Email us first anyway. It is usually the fastest way to sort things out.
